Maybe you are just unlucky and got a unit with a constant problem, which can happen in all manufacturing processes of all electronic devices. Honestly, I have no clue about their support&warranty locations, so I don’t have a comment on that one.

I would like to know what the yearly problems were. Carb, ignition, pump etc. Sounds like it is stored for a “long” time” before using it again??
I try to prepare it for longer storage, drain the fuel. run it until engine quits, Flush and prepare the pump with preservative, a little oil in the cylinder and pull it over. Little things like this helps.
The MSH3125-S – has a crack in the power pump, is it possible and if so where can we get a replacement for it. We are close to Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Thank you
